Introduction

He is the Gold Medalist in M.A. English Language and Literature at Bharathiar University level in 2015. He has been qualified as Assistant Professor with SET in English in 2018 as per UGC Norms.  With a vibrant personality, he has established his dynamic teaching expertise with 4 years as Assistant Professor of English and 02 years as an M. Phil Research Guide in KM College, Muthur. He was an M. Phil Research Co-ordinator from 2016- 2020. His areas of specialization are Phonetics, Advanced Grammar and Indian Writing in English. He has been an M. Phil Research Guide recognized by Bharathiar University in the distinctive research domain ‘Indian English Fiction’ since 2019.  He has been honored with prestigious awards such as ‘Gold Medal Achiever Award of 2015’ for scholar achievement, ‘M.K.P Excellence Award of 2017’ for his university achievement, ‘Award of Honor of 2020’ for his exemplary contribution as ‘YRC Program Officer’ to the academic development.  Having proven his subject intensity in his handling subjects at UG & PG level, he was awarded with ‘Centum Results Achiever Award’ each semester from 2017 to 2020. He attended as Resource Person on One Workshop on ‘Phonetic Transcription’ conducted by Sri Vasavi College, Erode. He enthusiastically attended 01 State, 02 National, 01 International Workshops and also 01 National Seminar and 01 National Conference conducted by various colleges. With literary dynamism, he presented 02 papers in International Conferences and also published 03 papers (ISSN) in the UGC recognized Journals. As an YRC Coordinator, he acted as a Judge to the ‘District Level English Speech Competition’ conducted by Tiruppur Zone of Bharathiar University at Chikkanna Govt. Arts College, Tiruppur. He effectively worked as a communication skill developer to the final year students for their success of future careers. Apart from teaching, he is more efficient in public speaking, content writing, report writing, anchoring (MoC) and organizing cultural events and literary competitions in the college functions.
