Ms S R Lavanya

Introduction

Ms.S R Lavanya is pursuing her Ph.D in Data Mining in Computer Science at Bharathiar University. She received her M.Phil in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University in 2007. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Bharathiar University in 2004 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Avinashilingam University in 2001. She has 17 years of teaching experience. She is a Dell EMC Certified Trainer for Data Science and Big Data Analytics. She has dynamically participated in and organized various FDPs, workshops, and seminars. She is more passionate about public speaking and music. She acted as a resource person in various colleges to motivate and empower students. She also has been certified with online courses from NPTEL and also from various reputed platforms. She received the Best Coordinator Award at the National level in Skill Edge Technology Foundational courses organized by ICT Academy. Her research interests are data mining and machine learning. She has guided 7 M.Phil scholars. She has published papers in Scopus, Peer-reviewed journals, and online books. She has also presented 15+ papers in National and International conferences to her credit
