Introduction
Dr. KAVITHA served as Assistant Professor in reputed Institution in Tirupur since 2008 and having 12+ years of experiences. She has earned Bachelor Degree, Master Degree & M. Phil Degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and post graduate diploma in computer application from Alagappa University. She Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC NTA NET in the year December 2018. She has earned her Doctoral Degree in the specialisation of Marketing from Bharathiar University during 2017.
She has published three research papers in reputed journals and participated in several National and International Conferences conducted by reputed Institutions. She is co-author of a book Marketing Management published under Charulatha publications. She also served in examination cell in prior Institution. As a keen researcher, she guided many post-graduate students in their projects and produced M. Phil scholar. Her area of interest is Accounting and Marketing.
As a great teacher she has the necessary command over the subject matter she teaches. The way she can be comfortable while explaining things. By displaying competence and interest in a variety of areas, she set a positive example for the students and encourage them to explore new areas of knowledge. She is very enthusiastic, compassionate, and patient to create a positive environment in which students feel comfortable learning. She truly believes that each of her students can succeed and are dedicated to the achievement of their success. With a passion for teaching, she believes in nurturing students into role models for the nation. She has been a mentor to many undergraduate and post graduate students throughout her teaching career. She is experienced in teaching Accounting, Marketing, Economics and Finance subjects.
