Introduction
Dr. Niraj Kumar had awarded his Ph.D. Degree from J.R.U. Ranchi, and he had work experience of 7 years with Department of Land Conservation, Government of Bihar as secretary in (Integrated watershed management Programme- P.I.A-JAMUI-BIHAR). His research specialisations are in the field of Industrial establishment: – (Dimensions of agro-based industries, strategy formulation, formulation of product planning, formulation of channel strategy, formulating marketing communication, determination of pricing policies, financial aspects for industrial establishment, rural community development regarding income and livelihood measures, sustainable development).
His interested areas in commerce and management are Accounting, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, corporate Accounting, Marketing and General Management.
He had Published more than 7 research papers in UGC care list and National / international conferences. He had Authored 1 book on financial Accounting and committed to serve KPRCAS institution as a key player in creative and challenging environment.
