Introduction
Dr.S. Monica currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with CA in KPR College of Arts Science and Research . She pursued her Under graduation, Post graduation, M.Phil degrees in commerce at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women. She completed Ph.D in the specialization of finance at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She has presented and participated in National and International Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops. She has published papers in UGC – CARE-listed journals. She has completed a certified course on “Customer Banking Codes and Standards Certificate Course”.
