Introduction
Dr. S. Mekala holds Master degrees in Business Administration and has specialised Marketing and Human Resource. She has been into academic for the past 12 years in School of Management and has also worked as Admission Lead for three years. Her areas of academic interest include Research Methodology, Marketing Management, Strategic Management Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management and Financial Management.
She also holds M.Phil Degree in Management – Human resource. She also interests in Entrepreneur Development she completed her Post Graduate Diploma course in Entrepreneur Development. She loves to train the under graduate as well as post graduate students on enhancing personality development & interview skills. She is keenly interested in moulding the students in achieving their goals.
She is Completed her PhD in “Management – Human Resource”. Being the Board of Studies Chairman in Autonomous institution, she has experience in preparing Curriculum and syllabus based on industry requirement. She skilled in adapting to students diverse learning styles. She is goal driven professional educator with a solid commitment to academic growth and development of students
