Introduction
Dr. S. Mekala holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has specialized in Marketing and Human Resources. She holds a Ph.D from Bharathiar University in the field of human research management. She also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Development . She has 14 years of academic experience in the School of Management and 8 years of Research experience.
She is keenly interested in molding the students to achieve their goals. As a Board of Studies Chairman in an Autonomous institution, she has experience in preparing Curriculum and syllabus based on industry requirements. She has published articles in several indexed journals, UGC Care, and published papers in IEEE series which was her notable remark. She is skilled in adapting to students’ diverse learning styles. She is a goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of the students.
