Mrs. M. Kiruthiga

Introduction

Mrs.Kiruthiga Mahalingam is associated with KPR College of arts & Science as Assistant Professor. She has an overall academic experience of 5 years. She qualified for the UGC – NET examination for eligibility for Lectureship held on December 2010. She holds both her MBA and B.COM (CA) degrees with University rank from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and She has also done her Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development with Distinction from Bharathiar University.

She is passionate about teaching and training the students in practical applications of the course mapped to the industry requirements.In her career span, she possesses expertise skills in Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement Initiatives and has successfully completed a Consultancy project titled “ISO Audit”. To Promote Sustainable development goals & as part of a green campus Initiative,

She has also completed a Seed Money-funded project titled “Food recycling into on-campus composting–green campus initiative with reference to Hindusthan College of arts & Science”.She has also participated in various Seminars, Symposiums, FDP  and conferences. She is a Lifetime Member of the Indian Academic Researchers Association (IARA) . She has been an active member in the pursuit of NAAC accreditations in the previous institution. Her research contributions include research articles and publications in both National and International Levels.Her thrust on research and teaching interest includes in Digital marketing, Lean Six Sigma, Financial services and Entrepreneurship. Adding to the accolades, She Won “Miss. Gurushetra 3.0 Award”, “Best Paper Presenter Award” & also been endorsed as “Faculty Asset” .
